Pike Lake

Pike Lake Campground has been a family-owned campground since 1961 and has evolved into one of Ontario’s largest family-owned resorts. Pike Lake has over 370 seasonal campsites and 20 overnight sites, which surround a privately owned, mile-long spring fed lake with a private beach, which is ideal for swimming, catch and release fishing and non-motorized boating. Pike Lake also boats 27 beautiful holes of golf to offer.

All overnight sites are serviced with water and 30-amp hydro, of which many will accommodate larger travel trailers and RVs. Rates vary depending on when you are travelling and how long you will be visiting the campground. Some of the wonderful amenities at Pike Lake include a recreation facility, inflatable water attractions, 2 playgrounds, propane filling station, heated outdoor pool, restaurant, tennis courts, 27-hole golf course, driving range, beach for kids, laundromat, baseball diamond and night patrol.

 

Campark Niagara Falls Campground & RV Resort

This lovely campground has clean facilities and plenty of family-friendly amenities to offer visitors. A few fun activities you will find at the resort include: an escape room, playground, laser tag, waterfront mini golf, relaxing hot tub, and heated swimming pool. Outdoor movie nights are also held frequently, so be sure to check out the schedule before your stay.

Adults and teenagers often flock to the pavilion on Saturday nights for dancing and karaoke performances. Plus, this RV resort is only a ten-minute drive or shuttle ride from the magnificent Niagara Falls. It is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling in Ontario!

Campark has large full hookup RV sites available. They are either “pull-through” or “back-in,” depending on the size of your vehicle. All areas are equipped with a fire pit, picnic table, and wireless connection access. Rates begin at $65 per night for 30 amp back-in sites during the off-season. The nightly cost increases slightly in peak season, which is from late May through early September.

 

Fisherman’s Cove Campground

For 50 years, Fisherman’s Cove has been committed to helping families create memories. Fisherman’s Cove is located on more than 250 acres of property with approximately 500 sites in the tent and trailer park. Fisherman’s Cove has a 200-acre spring fed lake full of pike and bass, with a groomed beach area and a boat launch. At Fisherman’s Cove you will also find 5 playgrounds, 2 indoor pools and whirlpools, laundry facilities and family programming and children’s activities.

Overnight rates range depending on whether you are staying on your RV, renting a cabin or camping in a tent. Fisherman’s Cove also offers day use, which is great if your family is just passing through!

 

Grangeways RV Park & Family Campground

Located in Sandford, Ontario, this beautiful RV park provides guests with full-service hookup sites and various recreational activities for wholesome family fun. It is also pet-friendly, so even your fur babies are welcome.

From ball hockey to fishing, you are sure not to be bored at Grangeways RV Park. Other amenities available include a swimming pool, mini putt, shuffleboard, and craft classes. In addition, there is a grocery store and snack bar onsite that allows for easy access to food on your RV trip. Plus, your kids may want some ice cream after running around and swimming on a hot summer day.

There are over three hundred RV sites available at the campground. All sites are “back-in” with 30-amp service, fire rings, and picnic tables. Rates begin at $70 per for standard overnight camping with a two-night minimum.

 

Willow Lake RV Resort & Campground

If your family enjoys spending the day on the water, they will love Willow Lake RV Resort & Campground. This family-friendly facility is situated along a gorgeous thirteen-acre lake. In addition, your well-behaved furry friends are welcome to tag along to this campsite. Nightly rates vary, mainly depending on the season or proximity to the lake.

Some of the excellent amenities the resort has to offer include a basketball court, game room, library, and playground. With access to a boating dock onsite, many visitors also enjoy fishing, swimming, or partaking in water sports on their trip. Boat and kayak rentals are available to guests at the clubhouse.

1. Replacement Cost: Replacement Cost will have no deduction for depreciation of any kind, this is conditional on insuring the unit for replacement cost of a brand new unit including taxes and any additions.

Ages to qualify for replacement cost:

  • Travel and Fifth Wheel Trailers: Up to 15 years old
  • Park Model Trailers: Up to 25 years old
  • Watercraft: Up to 15 years old

2. Actual Cash Value or Fair Market Value: The Actual Cash Value is the current market value of the unit which includes depreciation. The value is calculated at the time of the time of loss and is based on similar comparables in the marketplace less any costs that would have made your item ready for sale.
